Please arrive at court on time.

Do not bring any weapons to court (for example, pocket knives)

Go to court even if you are late, because an order for arrest may be issued for you if you do not attend.

Wear appropriate attire.

Be quiet and do not talk in the courtroom.

Do no take advice from anyone other than a court official or your attorney.

Interpreters cannot give legal advice.

Do not pay anyone until a court official directs you to do so.

Make payments directly to the Clerk's office when you receive your bill.

Find out from the Clerk's office if you interpreter was paid for by the State or if you are responsible for payment.

Make copies of anything you give the court and keep all receipts for any payments your make.

Posting a bond does not mean that you do not have to return to court.  A bond merely assures the court that you will return on your court date.
